All things have the capability of existing in reality. Every myth, every legend, has some basis in fact.

The effect depends on the vampire.

Really? You mean there are different types?

Different worlds operate using different rules.

Oh!

.... I guess that makes sense.

So how can you tell what type of vampire you're dealing with?

I'm a vampire!

...why do you want to know about them, anyway?

[Arcueid sounds pretty super serious right now, completely the opposite of what her voice JUST sounded like.]

What did this vampire look like? Did he kill you?

It- it wasn't that big of a deal. He just drank some of my blood.....

I don't think he could really help it.

As a vampire, what can I answer for you?

You're a vampire? Er, I don't want to sound rude or anything, but I was wondering....

If a person is bitten by a vampire, does the wound require any special treatment or will it heal on its own?

If you're bitten, you're either going to die or turn into one of The Dead. Which, in simpler terms, a zombie that's controlled by the vampire. There's is no healing.

WHAT? You.... You're joking, right? That's- that's crazy!

I mean, wouldn't they have to drain all your blood for something like that to happen?

Nigeria used to tell stories about them; the victim always died. Don't tell me you -

tuna_surprise July 26 2010, 23:56:52 UTC
Always? Even if the vampire stopped?

I mean, he only drank some of my blood. It shouldn't be that bad!

riverofprawns July 27 2010, 00:02:07 UTC
Always. But it's Nigeria, so I'm not sure how much of it was true and how much was to keep me awake at night.

...how did you even get into that situation?

Umm.... I was there. A vampire was there. He looked really sick, so I tried to help him....
