This was really good and really sad. Poor John. I loved it that he told Sherlock that it was just a nick. It's so like him. The important thing is to stop the criminal. And I loves that Sherlock tells him "You said it was just a nick. And I loved how Sherlock stares at John so John would stay awake. I can totally see that in my mind. That was a beautiful scene.
