I'm addicted to personality tests. I guess it's because I'm confused by my personality, and I'd really like it if some Big Authority would come down from his tower and tell me who I really am. But I don't think that any test currently on the market can do that. At best, they can measure certain aspects of yourself. But no-one can fully understand the way those aspects interact and form a whole -- not without many, many years of study, anyway.

i agree. i have only taken one or two, and in the end i always question something in the explanation. i think i am gaining a better sense of my personality and who i am, but only in the last few months.
