I'm tired of being paranoid all the freaking time. I'm declaring the start of operation Just-Go-With-It. I'm saving my paranoia for when it will actually do me some good.

In the mean time, who wants to go throw a frisbee around at the park?

relm, jill, chaos, loving family

*unenthusiastically, but not so much that a drone would notice* Yes, it is too bad that I made you worry, oh wife of mine.

*laughs*

That's okay, dear. I'm just happy you're feeling better.

...Is it really a good idea to let your guard down like that?

Because having our guard up has been so effective at stopping them from messing with us.

I guess not, but it just... It feels like we'd be giving up.

What if you think of it as spying, or lying in wait?

If you have any ideas on what we can do to get home, by all means share them. Maybe they'll accidentally let something slip. In the mean time, if my survival instincts decide they need me, they'll know where to find me.

What's a frisbee? Something else you invented?

It's a toy from my world that I wish I could take credit for.

Catch! *throws to her*

Whoa! *ducks as it goes zooming over her head*

That was neat! How'd you make it fly?

It's all in the wrist. It's actually pretty easy.

[He jumps and barely manages to get a hold on it. When he lands, he just holds the frisbee in both hands and turns it over, eyes closed. He shook his head once, then tossed it back, a bit over Tim's head.]

[He jumps, he swipes at it, he misses, and it lands in a pond.]

Goddammit.

[Tim wades out into the pond to get the frisbee, muttering things about "Tupping Liberty" under his breath.]
