"Please forgive me for time that I've wasted..."

I've been seriously brooding as of late.  It has to do with a lot of things, brought on by stress from multiple sources.  For three consecutive days I've found myself blasting Fall Out Boy on the way home and wishing for nothing but a warm cup of tea and a massage.

I think we've all come a long way in the last few years. To be successful, we cut off that part of ourselves that's willing to be vulnerable and show our faults. Believe me, I do it too.

You've always overscheduled yourself, and again, I get that. Stress is fun, if you do it right, and that feeling of accomplishment against impossible odds is probably one of the greatest feelings ever.

You don't have to let everyone in all the time. Leaders never can, it's just one of Those Things that differ them from regular people.

Start with one person, maybe, and work your way from there. As long as you act with compassion, you don't necessarily have to be obvious about it. You can talk a big game, as long as in the end, you do what is right.

You forgot to add...

"He really does like to be outdoors and do things like backpack but needs a push from friends to get outside."
