When I asked for some kind of guideline for the concrit part of this challenge, I wasn't expecting this AWESOME GUIDE. It's very detailed, clear and helpful, and it must have taken you an incredible amount of time to write.

The thing about giving good constructive criticism to others is that you can then become more constructive of your own icons. You can improve while others improve - it's a win/win situation!
I agree sooo much. Reading this guide, I realize how little thought I put in my icons, sometimes. I'll keep this in mind, while icon-making, from now on.

Giving perfect critique isn't necessary, giving a useful bit of critique should be. So yeah - well thought out pointers definitely trump single line uselessness in this community!
