So last month i found out that my cholesterol was extremely high, 285. I was told i needed to go on a low salt diet and lose some weight. Well one month in and 17 pounds later I made my goal of 230 for the end of the month! For your reading pleasure, what I ate the past month and the corresponding weight for the day.
