So this is kind of a random question...and most of you probably thought I died or something...but back in the day...like fall of 2000 when partying was overly known to man...does anyone remember a guy who used to pass out bracelets that said..."I MET MIKE" if you do...tell me all about it.

This is Tiffany Courtney's friend. I got a bracelet from that guys once and all i can remember about him is that he looked like shaggy off of scooby doo.
