I'll just keep smiling even if I don't want too. My stomach feels heavy again. It's been there for awhile but it's getting worse. I wish there was something I could do to help myself but I know there isn't. I see light at the end of this tunnel. It looks different from when I first went in.

It amazes me the way things are when I sit back and assorb what happens around myself. Alot of people can just get what they want by just jumping right in. Me? I have to work for it. I've been going to the gym with '12 Bone' for about a month and a half now and I'm starting to feel the difference. The exercises are getting easier and I have to increase the level or weight. It feels great to know you're actually doing something good for yourself.
