For all my bitching, whining and snarling, my life is absolutely GREAT (yes, I truly mean that non-sarcastically). Unfortunately, another recession looming/booming/ yadda yadda yadda.....jeez. Deeply in love with someone besides myself, feeling like a Dad now, job still mine, debt is low....like my 104K these dayz.

May as well get it over with!

I was laid off in October. Had some interviews, but nothing has come of it.

I don't think my jaw can drop any lower regarding the whole financial crisis mess. How pervasive the corruption is!

Philip's laid off for 2 weeks beginning in a week (the 20th). I'm really hoping that it doesn't get any worse...We lived through the recession in the early 80's - I really don't want to have to do that again.
