I got myself up-to-date on Amazon's "adult" policies, and you all get to hear my thoughts now. For those who don't know what I'm talking about - Some amazon-sites have stripped the ranking of books they deem "adult" (mostly GLBT, but also some feminist books, or other books dealing with sexuality) therefor making them visible only for people very ( Read more... ) -

I'm at work, but not working. Since I'm wrangling with a task I have no idea how to solve. And a headache.
And I forgot to mention a dictionary I saw while browsing bookstores yesterday: "Dictionary for women who travel alone: no in 243 languages" I'm really not sure what to say to that. -

Three weeks here are over, less than two weeks until I go home for easter and my mum's birthday. I'm looking forward to it, although my homesickness isn't that bad. newspaper articles
The way language is used is interesting to me - and more and more infuriationg. A few days ago there were two articles in one newspaper which made me want to scream. One was about the school massacre in Germany, and said that "people get violent if they don't get the recognition they crave in the form of money or girlfriends ( Read more... ) -
