With regards to the recent report from Kadri Rayne [Dated: April 24th] regarding information received by a doctor as referenced [ here]:
The doctor who has contacted us is known only by the name Enasni. It is unknown as to whether this is his first or last name. He works with an orphanage [link] to provide 'aid' to the more troubled children who stay there. His information regarding a mutant has been linked to one of the children- a fourteen year old, name of Roxas Alvey- who currently resides there.
A check run on his background (with corresponding data from the doctor's notes that he has provided us with) shows that Roxas Alvey was found on the streets two years back with no memory of any previous experiences that he might have gone through. Further information can be accessed [here].
The signs that Roxas Alvey has displayed thus far include an ability to summon light at will. The full extent of this ability, as well as any other latent abilities that he might posess, are as yet unknown. I will be going to meet with the doctor later regarding this issue.
Should anything unexpected happen, I will call back, or take action as befits the circumstances.

I do not expect to see any more beer cans on the paperwork. Particularly not on my paperwork. Should I see them, any remaining stashes of beer around the office (trust me, Reno, I know where they're kept) will find themselves mysteriously disappearing and reappearing, crushed and empty, in the junkyard down the street.
