Well, I guess that since I am a part of your "old life" that this is the end. I just feel that our whole friendship has been a waste. We went through so much together and you promised that you would always be there for me. I guess that my mom was right when she said that no one that you know and love from high school would stick around. You were the only one that I trusted. Now you have all these new friends and this cool new life, I guess that I will just remain here alone hoping that someday my best friend will come back. I worry about you and I just hope that you are smart enough to worry about yourself too. I thuought that you learned from rehab, I thought that you had changed, but I guess that I was wrong. I will always be here for you maybe not in a physical sense, but in the shadows I will be here hoping that you will come around.
