Washington is yelling (ok, sternly talking) to Ben and reprimanding him for something and then Ben starts crying. Washington doesn't know what to do but then Ben tries to leave, embarrassed, and Washington ends up proceeding to comfort him. This doesn't have to be explicitly romantic, it could be pre-slash, but do what you want!! I hope this isn't too specific :O
