Ah- so that's what you were referencing. Not to sound rude, but Obito is only a Chuunin, and as far as I'm aware, the Sharingan doesn't have the same capabilities as the Byakugan. You could always follow them yourself.

It can be if you want it to be, but mostly just observation. Obito has a thing for people older than him. And it'd be difficult for him to not notice how attractive his date is.
