RP Post: Zane

Ash had prepped herself for this and made sure to leave certain things behind, like her necklace and the scarf, before going to Zane's. She was mentally kicking herself for putting it off so long, and for not calling ahead of time, but this was it.

She knocked on the door to Zane's apartment and waited.

Zane had been meditating. So it took him a few moments to answer the door. Which he did about ten minutes after Ash knocked, looking a bit dazed when he did.

"Ash?"

"Um, hi?" Ashu could feel herself blushing, and really wanted to smack herself for it. "Um, sorry. I should've called ahead."

[not_in_zane]

"It's okay... I was just..." he shook his head.

"C'mon in," he said, before turning and motioning for her to follow.

Ashu did follow, fidgeting a little.

"Just what? Um, if it's not anything private of course."

[not_in_zane]

"So you killed yourself?" Zane asked, blinking a little, and tilting his head to look at her.

Really, that might explain a lot about Ash, but he was going to be good, and not actually say that part.

Ashu didn't say anything, just nodded once.

There was only one thing Zane could think to say to that.

"Why?"

[turnabout_girl]

"Stupid, s'why," Ashu muttered.

[not_in_zane]

"I know," Zane teased, reaching out and tapping her on the nose.

[turnabout_girl]

Ashu wrinkled her nose at that. "Now what?"

[not_in_zane]

"What do you mean now what?"

[turnabout_girl]

"I mean, um, well... What do we do now? We ate, and kissed, and threw innuendo at each other..."
