I don't think we've met (although we might have during the summer of 2000 when I lived with callicrates in the bay area), but I was at UNC with callicrates and am currently at his house visiting. While we were talking this evening, he mentioned several things about you and as I result I decided to take a look at your journal. So, in case you're wondering who this stranger is who just "friended" you on LJ, that's who it is. :-)

My church (Harvest Mission Community Church, Ann Arbor) isn't specifically affiliated with a particular Protestant denomination, although my prior churches have been linked to the Presbyterians. Or, in other words, no, I'm a practicing Protestant but not an Adventist, I'm afraid. :-)
