Alexis was a little nervous as she made her way to the compound to meet Cooper for their date. She was excited too, of course, looking forward to spending time with him, but that jittery feeling of anticipation was definitely there. He's a little late. He didn't mean to be, and he feels like kind of an asshole about it, but here he is, hurrying and then coming to an abrupt stop when he sees her. Damn girls and damn their dressing up. Cooper blinks.

"Damn, Alexis. Now I just feel under-dressed."

At least his black t-shirt is clean.

"Didn't you know girls always like to overdress for the occasion?" Alexis replied, moving to join Cooper with a smile.

"Don't worry, you look good," she continued, then blushed faintly when she realized what it sounded like. She did think he looked really cute, but she hadn't meant to state it so forwardly. "I mean, I don't think you look under-dressed or anything."

"Well, seriously, you look awesome," says Coop, a grin blossoming across his face at the compliment. He actually does pause for a second, looking her up and down before he leans and kisses her cheek. "I...thought we could go and get something to eat at the Winchester, maybe?"

Her smile automatically widened as Cooper kissed her cheek, something that seemed like it was becoming a pattern. "Sure, that sounds great," Alexis said. "I haven't eaten there yet but I hear the food's really good."
