ATM machines here dispense $10 bills as well as $20 bills. What's with that?

Friday it poured, all day. I needed a sketch book for a class trip Saturday morning. The student store was out of them. The only retail district I could walk to probably didn't have them. I feel like I'm at home...like I've gone to school here forever! Oh wait, no. I'm not used to a fifteen minute walk to class. I come from a high school where passing time is five minutes and you can usually make it from one class to another (and change books at your locker) in less than that.
