Hey, do you know any good rhubarb recipes? Kevin's dad has been fantasizing about how I'm going to make him a rhubarb pie this summer since I baked an apple pie last Thanksgiving. I've never made a thing with rhubarb (I was adamantly anti-rhubarb as a child) and am clueless. Help?

Sadly, no! I had a bite of strawberry rhubarb pie on the 4th of July about 10 years ago, fell madly in love with it, and have been meaning to make it ever since and never did. However, check out allrecipes.com. Endless recipes with lots of reviews, and you can sort the recipes by rating which is helps a lot.

Rhubarb was something I was just totally not into because I tried it once and never gave it a second chance. I was an incredibly picky child and now do my best to try and not be a picky adult, although secretly I still really am. But I have learned that maybe the first time I tried something, it wasn't prepared right. So now I try, and try again. Amazingly, most food is pretty good if you use this method
