Don't bother with a disposable. There are plenty of inexpensive digital cameras you can buy as a backup camera.

I've been thinking of buying a new digital camera myself. I'm considering the Nikon D40x (I think that is the model number).

But there are a bunch of them for under $70 that will take better pictures than a disposable camera will.
