I hate AT&T. I really, really do.
I hate that billion dollar big businesses are permitted to practice criminal and fraudulent business practices. And that the only way to resolve anything involves hours and hours ON HOLD with a customer service rep who doesn't give a flying fuck.

Hopefully TMobile won't be so bad. I had to call them, as well, to resolve a billing issue... but I wasn't left on hold at all and the person was actually pretty nice. Anyway- I hope they work out ok, cuz I'm stuck in another 2 year contract (though hopefully, new legislation will end that).
