Almost 10 years ago I was knee deep in genealogy research and passionately pursuing all leads. The most interesting time period for me was my Civil War Ancestors. The National Archives were a treasure trove for me as was the state genealogical society.

I've always wanted to write a story based on these soldiers in my past, but the scope of it caused

I'm glad I wasn't an accountant back then. I would have probably been stuck doing muster rolls the whole time! Yuck.
