I attended a funeral for a 9 week old baby today. The mom has been involved in one of the local LLL groups, but I didn't know her. I wasn't going to go, but one of my co-leaders had a similar experience (she lost a baby) and said it really meant a lot to her to have members from her own LLL group at the funeral.
