I picked Kaia up from daycare today and she seemed odd. We got home and she just hid in her room. I just finished making dinner for me and Kaia, so I call her out of her room. Nothing like watching a tv show that had a scene of graduation and having the water works flow. It's a happy cry and damn I am soo excited that I am getting overly emotional. I really can't believe it's almost here. I am fucking graduating!!! I guarantee that I will cry my eyes out when my name is called at the ceremony.

I made blueberry and cherry pie last night. I wasn't going to make pie, but I changed my mind and did anyway. I took cherry to this mornings clinic shift and blueberry will go to tonights. I am glad that my classmates are thankful that I brought in pie! Damn if they didn't gobble it up. The cherry was delicious, so the blueberry should be too. ( Read more... ) -

I passed my remediation!!! YAY YAY YAY! That is one HUGE stress that is now over. I shall celebrate tonight and continue to cross things off my requirements list for graduation. Did I mention I bought a dress? Now I want new shoes.

Tibetan Monks!
If anyone is interested there are Tibetan Monks at my school until Thursday. They are making a sand mandala and selling some stuff. Every year I enjoy watching them. The mandala is just amazing every year. I think they are here from 9-6, but Thursday at noon is the closing ceremony ( Read more... )
