Aww! Yay for Kermit, he's going to be so excited. I can't believe he's still alive! Haha, that sounds terrible and mean...I'm just very impressed with your ability to keep him alive this long. How big is he now?
I guess I've just had the wrong idea put into my head - when I got my turtles my dad was mad at me for getting them "because those things are diseased and they'll die soon." Of course, mine and my sister's did, so I guess I've always thought that they all did. I'm glad he's proving that wrong though! lol
haha. I honestly never knew what all went into having a turtle. They need calcium supplements, uva/uvb lighting, lots of swimming space (about 10 gals per inch lengthwise), a land area, and a proper diet (protein, fruit, vegs).
Otherwise they'll die or will turn out deformed due to the deficiencies.
They're not diseased either. There's a law (most places) that you can't buy a turtle that's less than 4 inches long because the risk of salmonella greater, but that's about it.

If you send me your address, I can send you the ddr stuff for your computer! Are you rearranging your room for that?

It didn't make me laugh so hard that I cried this time, though.
