Just got a call from my ten-four-good-buddy that I'll (probably) be working at the UGA Gwinnett store tomorrow. This is both bad news and good news, and I am pretty sure I'm the only person who sees this as any good news at all

I wandered through Gwinnett Place last week for old times sake and I was quite sad to see how dead it had become. I remember when that mall was built and I spent so much time there with friends during my childhood. That mall WAS my childhood in a way. I remember buying Starwars toys there and going to Sears with my dad. The summer days mom and I would spend there. The lot of us from band eating around the fountain in the food court. Working there- the smell of Christmas smelled like the mall to me. It's just do dead now, like it's waiting for it's last breath and death rattle.
One day, we'll actually be able to meet for lunch or something :-)
