How to Turn In Your Rough Draft

It's finally that time! You have until August 20th to turn in your rough draft for Round 3 of the The Vampire Diaries Big Bang challenge.- I would love it if you could turn in a minimum word count of 7,000, but IF you are ABSOLUTELY sure you will have your fic finished and more than 10,000 words by September 30th, 2012 then turn in the information

Question. When turning in a rough draft does it have to have the complete beginning/middle/end already established? I'm asking to see if I have enough to submit now or just wait until I've worked more on it.

I would like for it to at least have a beginning/middle, things can be rough but there needs to be enough for an artist to work with.

Okay I was just curious. I've got over 7,000 written I'm just a little stuck with how I want it to end if you know what I mean. I'll work on it a little more then send it in. Thank you.

I'm going to have to drop out. :( With the health issues I have had the last few months , I don't have much to even turn in for the Unofficial track.

Is it mandatory to have a title at this point? Or can I just put "to-be-decided" there?

Btw, I'm so glad you're accepting rough drafts that are under 7k words long! I only managed to really get my story going a few days ago, and I'll be able to submit 5-6k no problem, but 7k would cost me a sleepless night and tons of editing afterwards :).
