Owen Harper and the Singularity Scalpel

For the second day of All-Con, I premiered my finalized Owen Harper.  I also had my singularity Scalpel made for this con, in the hopes that some of the other torchwooders would show up.  Sadly, there was my good buddy Captain Jack, and we managed to finagle Tosh to get out of her Steampunk Gear and ask her boyfriend to double as Ianto.  We were

I am curious as to how you did the scalpel.

I had spent most of the year looking at props. I ran some things by him, the key to time, Rani gun, all of which were too hard, and then being our groups owen, i sorta wanted something very owen, which was the scalpel, so I took about 9 screen shots of it, and told him, i wanted one, and he said okay, he studied the screen shots, and told me, he could probably augment something, and he felt that it looked like they had augmented a fishing toy, so i found one on ebay, and he hacked off the top and used some epuxy to shape the outside. And it was ready in about a week and a half. Gorgeous isn't it. Not a lot of peope asked me about it, i was too busy trying to get the lab coat put together. But yeah, some people knew what it was, it helps when you place a side by side up.
