That killed me. In a good way. It just shows that when Torchwood wants to do the human drama thing right then they really can (the traditional plotholes aside).
However I have one question about the preview - Was that Ianto punching Jack out? (or something looking a lot like Jack, since they said there was a shapeshifter and I am willing to bet that some of the people we saw weren't who we saw. I admit I am saying that with hope rather than proof)
