I think Ianto might be ready to take over as my second, provided he's not too busy planning our new disaster recovery site.

Even way back at the end of S2 I could see that, with more experience and training, Ianto would be the perfect choice to follow in Jack's footsteps and be a second in command (even leader himself someday). He has what it takes.

So it will be interesting to see how this develops in s4. ;)
