FYI Swansea is where the DVLA (Driver and Vehicle Licencing Agency) are based, who keep records of every car registration, car owner and licence owner. The police have their own records, but they often double check with Swansea.

Here's a few:

You write
"They said on the news there was a murder in the city centre."

But he says
"The said in the news: Murder in the city center."

You can argue the colon, but there is no "there was"

Rhys's "That's middle age, that is." sounds to me like
"Us middle age guys."

"There's some Chinese in the fridge"->"-Some Chinese in the fridge?"
"I'll just finish here." he drops the "I'll"

"This man's from the system"-> "This man has found his sister."

"Can you check him" -"Can you check him out."

"Don't know if it was 'captain'." I'd say "Don't know, it was 'Captain'"

The lane John Tucker is murdered in is a tough nut *g* We really need
someone from Cardiff to come up with a suggestion - seangavalloc lane? Proably not *g*

"Well, what's it for? What's happened?"->"But what's it for, what's happened?"

Question is, did they get the script or did they just listen.
