I thought the blah blah blah blah about breakfast too until I started eating breakfast... It makes a HUGE difference. I feel so much better and am able to concentrate so much better all day.. I've been spending an hour in the gym every day and that makes me feel so much better too..
I wasn't actually dissing the breakfast, simply skipping the facts since everyone repeats them. I know it will make a difference from past attempts. Unfortuntately I never seem to keep it going for very long.

Except morning is more like afternoon... and bedtime is actually morning.
And it really... really.... REALLY... sucks!
I hope that between the time of this post i'm replying to and the current date that you have had some small amount of success
