i needed to adjust my sleeping schedule to work a night shift (tonight!)

the calculators that are approved by the UW math faculty have a pink tie sticker on them... it's so exam moderators can see you're using the proper calculator during an exam (rather than some heavy-duty calculator to cheat with)
