I found TIWYF a while ago and at the time they were featuring this. Essentially, you're served the tripple bypass burger by a skimpy "nurse" (with the option of getting the menu consisting of burger+fries+Jolt+smokes) and if you finish it you get wheeled to the car.

Other similar things include the Garbage Platter which is apparently amazing.

I like that it says "Deep Fried In PURE LARD!" as though that is desirable. How about "Tobacco grown in URANIUM FERTILIZER!" next to the smokes?
