Fanfiction Prompts

Here are my fanfic prompt tables. I find using prompts keeps me busier and more motivated to write. So yeah, these will always be in progress.

Dude, I was gonna do one of these, too! But for HP, obviously. There's a comm on lj that has premade tables and if you use theirs then you can post the fics in their comm. I wonder if you could post them there if you didn't use their table. Something to look into anyway. Good luck! :)

They are cool. I like them. But I got this one personally because I don't want to be attached to a community. They are mostly not maintained well and a lot of the X-Men ones aren't really broad range X-Verse -- just main people like Wolvy and Rogue and crap that I don't like or care about. I'm just doing this for fun ;D

But you should try it too! Maybe it'll get you writing more!

Well, if I did it, it would NOT be to get me writing more...since I've already got too much on my plate as it is. XD I just can't seem to be able to finish any of this shit. It's like TBC all over again. :-/

The comm I was thinking of is actually a generic fan fic comm and it's pretty well maintained from the looks of it, but I understand not wanting to get mixed up in it all. I just know that posting your stories to these communities gets you more readers, or at least it has for me. And as we've discussed before, it's nice having people actually read and comment on your stories when you work so hard on them. :) Maybe you should start an X-Men slash comm of your own! :D

Hahaha, yeah I know how you feel. The good thing about this is that it can be anything -- any length whatever. Its cool, and I can do it at my own pace. TBC is so miles away now XD I've getting so many TBC reviews lately and i don't even care. How sad is that? I have so many multi chaptered fics going right now that I'm pretty sure a whole shit load of them will never get done.

Yeah, I'm not even really looking for people to read my stuff to tell you the truth. I'm finally just not giving a fuck and just writing for myself. When it comes to characters that have been around 30/40 years there is just way too many different interpretations of them, and in comic verse people just take it way too seriously. I'm not gonna be a writer when I grow up or anything, so I'm not even really interested in concrit. Just fun :) which is REALLY working for me because I'm more productive now than I ever have been. I do post to some communities here and there, but usually only when someone asks me to, or asks me to write something.

Anyone mind if I steal these lovely prompts for a Heroes Slash extravaganza? I promise mostly Plaude fics! ;)

I don't see why not. I didn't make this table, xmen_geek did, but there is a link to it on her journal...but it's friends only - unless you're one of her friends then I guess your fine XD You just might have to change a few prompts because its originally meant for X-Force in the comics.

But I'm all for you writing more Plaude! yays!

anyhow, if you do have access to her journal, just go here and leave her a comment:

Just have to change two of the prompts...and I found this through xmen_geek's journal so I'm 99.9% it's alright to steal! So, (dashes off to write Plaude* ...but I should finish my Purse/Wall first -.-' And I promised I'd write some sword/long hair/silly clothes/explosion Hiro/Peter/Claude for you :P So much to write, so little brain >.

Yeah, she probably won't mind. Just leave her a comment, like I said. She's pretty cool that way :D

Heee! Purse/Wall FTW! Oh my god Hiro/Plaude scares me, but I'm morbidly intrigued XD

And yes! I know how you feel! I have millions of ideas plus these freaking prompts. I'm a writing freak XD

Heee, those look SO much better than the 100 themes on DA. xD One of my favorite ones is Hands, because I am a weirdo like that. xP

They look good cause Ana did them XD I find a lot of the community ones have really weird prompts, and since this one was made specifically to fit around X-Force, it works wonders for RicStar naturally ;D I have so many ideas for hands...but that's just cause I'm a freak too ;D

I do so love an extravaganza. This will be a spectacular period in the land of Ricstar ficcery.

Me too! <3 I don't even think this many RicStar fics are even in existence -- which is sad. But I am determined to make it happy! Even if a (small) number of them will be cracky as fuck. XD
