I used to go to bed around 12ish, maybe 12:30. I'd wake up at 7:30am with 7 hours of sleep and feel miserable. I'd be sluggish, unable to get out of bed, just blah. The last week or so I've been up til 1am, maybe 1:15, then crashing. For some reason, my body reacts much better to that. I get up at 7:30 still, and I feel good. No sluggishness
