Awesome tutorial, but I think the overall look of the icon would be much better with a more high-quality base. That is, cropped from a high-res picture, and not pixel-ish. That's my feedback, lol.

I thought of that! The problem I had was cutting the picture. Because of the size of the picture, it was hard to do and keep it clear. I could work on it further though.

Also, in my program it was clear. I can't figure out why it saved all pixely.
