everyone seems to be posting about losing weight right now, so i thought i'd post my new diet! it's my newest creation, it's called, work! the idea behind it is to eat cereal for breakfast (or donuts if i'm running late) at about 9am, then work untill 9pm and stay so busy, that i forget to eat! i have to have lost weight the past 4 days! all im ( Read more... )

The only way beer will help you lose weight is if you overdrink and therefore vomit excessively, but there are fingers for that.

There's also another diet...although, I wouldn't recommend it. It's called being sick for over a week! But, I've already lost 2 pounds in a week and a half! Woot! NOT!!!! :P
