So today, while I was doing work on my computer, by which I mean procrastinating, I looked up and saw my roommate watching this. It's very interesting, and understandable, but it still makes me sad. Even without clicking that link, I know exactly the video you're talking about. Is it sad to say I knew about that ages before seeing it?

In Disney's defense, the majority of the recycling was done in the late sixties/seventies, while the studio was likely scrambling after the death of Walt and did it to save time while they developed new films. Not the smartest thing to steal so blatantly from so many of their old stuff... Did I mention the seventies? :D

I saw this a couple weeks ago. Neil Gaiman linked to it on his twitter (yes I might be following him on twitter now, but only in a non twitter having capacity). Anyway, it was interesting. I like to think the scene in beauty in the beast was more an intentional ode than laziness.

Well, for the Beauty and the Beast one, there's only so many ways to waltz. I let that one slide too. The one that bothered me was the Robin Hood and Snow White one.
