repetition can be brutally dehumanizing. find some way to let go that doesn't involve drinking a lot or something that you've built as a let off, do anything out of the ordinary, namely in the name of health (like a hike or something). i don't know. this is advice that i could use myself, but maybe outward motivation will compel you differently
