dreamhost is my company. I've been with them for eight years and I have zero complaints.

I've only heard good things about dreamhost. I'll have to take a look at their plans.

We had tons of problems with email when our program website was hosted with ipower. FWIW. The actual webhosting was fine.

whichever one you go with, DO NOT choose startlogic. i've had two sites with them and they are terrible. i've transfered one and am waiting till my other one expires before moving.

i moved the one site to 1and1.com, which is rather nice, no complaints.

How long have you been with 1and1? I'll remember not to go with startlogic!

i've only been with them since August, but my boyfriend has had a site through them for six years or more. he's never had any problems with them, plus they are cheap. i have three other friends and know about two others online who have been with 1and1 for a long time (3 or more years) as well.

I'm probably going to switch to media temple soon because I've heard so many good things about them.

Yeah, aside from dreamhost, I've heard only good things about media temple as well. Unfortunately, they're a tad expensive for me at the moment.
