i got a job at fedex. i started training wednesday and thursday. then friday was supposed to be my first day but i had a doctor's appointment so my first day is tomorrow

Dude, I never knew that about your ear.
There's no other option that to just replace it? Are you going to get a second opinion? Perhaps there's some sort of "laser ear surgery" that they can do, or replace it with something that might not be rejected in the future.

the doctor i'm seeing is the second opinion. and third fourth and fifth. he's a specialist recomended by my doctor in chicago. OHSU is basically the equivelence of Childrens Memorial, and that's where i always went when i was little. if i don't have the surgery then the prostesis will just push itself out and i think that would be more painful cause waiting that long would suck.
