I'm in the same boat.. I wasn't a fan of many vegetables growing up. Absolutely not things like tomatoes, spinach, sweet peppers etc. Now I lurve them! I can eat a tomato by itself. I roasted brussel sprouts on Thursday and they were delicious!

me too. I think I am going to find a farmers market and go there next saturday or something. I need more veggies and fruits.

Like your daughter, I love the manderin oranges in the chick-fil-a fruit cup. I think they're the best part. I know this is going to sound way dumb, but can you buy them fresh or do they only come in a can? I have never liked them before recently so I don't know how to get my fix. LOL.

I've only been able to find them in cans. You might have some luck at farmer's markets, but I haven't seen them at regular grocery stores. :(

not really. My dislikes are few and were set early.

Mac and cheese (without meat or tomato sauce)
cottage cheese
any 'blood organ' liver, gizzards, etc

I am not too fond of really spicy, either.
