Mello will wake him up, tousling his hair, saying, “Get up, lazy bastard,” and Matt will pretend to stay asleep until Mello calls him “Matt”, which he will eventually, rolling his eyes and shoving Matt out of bed with unnecessary vigor.

It will be noon, no, morning. The day will be all gray and watercolor with winter sun. No clouds though.

oh lord. that was... magical. in the darkest sense of the word. brutal and raw and beautiful in a grotesque sort of way and-- and-- just perfect. i couldn't really see the angst in it, or maybe i'm too used to the sappy matt/mello fanfics over at THE PIT, but god! i'd read this over and over and over and i know i'll never get tired of it.

Wow, amazing. You did well good.
Though I think there was a couple parts in it where Mello and Matt were confused, in the 1st chapter, it says Mello has longish dark hair, though it's blonde. I may have read it wrong, but none the less.
It was a great read, hope you write more. :D

Ah, I see what happened. The line is Mello ruffled his longish, dark hair, pulling his fingers up through the roots to the ends. But the next one is Matt swatted his hand away ...

I can see where you got confused though.
