I do that too, because when I lay in bed trying to sleep I realize how stupid what I said actually was. Or even worse, I realize how stupid it was but decide to keep it up, and obsess over the wording instead.

I just realized that that was what you did, only I really do it too. No really. I totally just realized that. Ok I'm stupid.

Also I didn't mean to say that YOUR things were stupid. It just so happens that my things are stupid, and they correlate, so it sounds like I'm talking about yours. but I'm not.
