1st Memory [Accidental Video]

[There was an image on the video feed but at the moment it was hard to see what was on it. Where ever it was the reception was kinda bad, or the device was maybe damaged. Every once in awhile a line of static would appear on the screen and sometimes glitch up, but then it'll go back to normal seconds later

This object is called a PCD. It's just some communication device used to talk to people from a distance. Just pick it up, it won't bite you.
