Tate Britain
saw my favorite pieces (Ophelia and Lady of Shalut) again and then went to see the Turner exhibit. Beautiful! I bought 3 postcards of those paintings and a small replica of Ophelia so hopefully jason can take it home with him and my dad can hang it in my room :)

FAME on the West End
so yeah - i loved it! the cast was fantastic and had such raw energy and strong voices/skills that i was in love. seriously, this was an exceptional cast (quite top notch!) that delivered strong and hard. i had only seen the show twice before (a high school and the pre-broadway west coast tour). but this was by far my favorite production. i could ( Read more... ) -

hey folks! tonight I am going to see FAME the musical at the West End with Katy and Sarah (Tony's friend who's visiting from Biola). how exciting. our first west end musical together. tomato soup and grilled cheese
after our victorian literature class (which rocked as always), katy and i made a quick trip to the post office where we bought stamps for letters to be sent home and i purchased a £5 phone card so i could make cheaper phone calls nationally. then we enjoyed a lovely walk back to the campus so we could make a scrumptious lunch. actually i must admit ( Read more... ) -

you know how special you feel when you get something in the post? while imagine how happy you feel when you get two things in the post! :-D
I got a package in the mail from my darlin' boyfriend (whosgambit) which included a picture of us from the INO picnic in August. It turned out super cute... Made me smile. He also sent me 3 cds of burnt music that he ( Read more... )
