This has one glaring mistake, well to me it does (not wanting to demean the work you have done)

In the live system there is always chance of failing if you pull a 1 even if your dice pool is 20, 30, 40+

You pull a 1 and you get no successes whatsoever, so technically there cannot be any 100% in those tables.

Yeah, I was in a rush and running over a dodgy GPRS connection and didn't have a chance to edit out those bits.

I was just about to say that. At best you have a 90% chance of sucess in live.

What is the live system these days? Sounds like gone are the days of RPS... ;-)

It's now tabletop style stats and skills - and you roll 1d10 + your skill+ stat. If you get a 10 you get one success, and for every five you get beyond that you get an extra success. You get to reroll any tens you roll and add them on. A lot of people are proposing we switch over to a base target number of 8 and get a success for every 3 above that because it's closer to the tabletop resolution system.

I have figures for WoD, 10div5, 8div4, 8div4, 54:3, 40card, and Unisystem.

Because I'm sad.
