Was it really February when I last updated? Whoa. I mean months have FLOWN by. March was busy - Spring Break and then we had a friend pass away from cancer. She's in a far better place now though - I just pray for her family

Thank you. My friend left behind a teenage daughter who is really having trouble with it. (She's 15 and was very close to her mom.)

I hope to stay busy! That's the plan!

Oh, and I totally suck. I hit post before commenting about your friend. I am so sorry for your loss. And for your friend's daughter. I was 18 when my mom lost her life to cancer. We were very close, so I know how awful and difficult that is. It may not seem like it now, but it does get easier with time.

I'm sure Megan will feel the same way. Her mother's battle with breast cancer lasted for 7 years...it was rough. The last few weeks went really surprisingly and quickly - no one expected such a fast decline.

And yes - I'm working with some of the cast members of Chuck. I geeked SO huge last week when Scott Bakula was on!! I was like "In my own little demented six degrees of separation, I talk to him on the phone every day and he's standing in a room with Scott Bakula...that means I'm thisclose to SAM BECKETT! Oh boy!" LOL!
